After reviewing guidelines related to student confidentiality, APH is updating the way student data is handled on the FVLMA website. The current website has been removed along with the student data that was stored on the website. APH is currently working on updating the forms in a new format so they will once again be available to complete the FVLMA assessment. When we have information regarding the availability of these forms we will update this site and when they are complete we will post links to the new forms on this site.
